New Hope Benefits started in 2016 and was founded on the idea that small businesses deserve more than a transactional interaction with their insurance broker. Prior to New Hope’s formation, our background includes 20+ years of HR/Benefits Administration experience, 10 years in direct sales & marketing, along with 10 years working in small and large brokerages. Focusing on maximizing experience, we identify opportunities to save our clients time and money by providing supporting knowledge and empowering their employees to gain the maximum value from their benefits.
